Palm Pre and Pixie Data profile and restore

Restore Data Profile
1. Press the Green Phone key.
2. On the dial pad , enter ##3282#.
3. Tap Menu.
4. Tap Restore.
5. Using the Qwerty keyboard, enter the 6-digit Master Subsidy Lock (MSL).
6. Tap OK.
7. Tap OK again to Reset the phone.
9. Press Center.
10. Swipe up to close the card and return to the Today screen.


Update Data Profile
1. Press the Green Phone key.
2. Tap Menu.
3. Tap Preferences.
4. Scroll down.
5. Tap Update Network Settings.
7. Press Center.
8. Swipe up to close the card and return to the Today screen.
Note: If Error code 1012 is displayed, repeat the process or Restore Data Profile to the default settings.
