Finding the old Blackberry Account.
Use this when you cannot find the old account with the pin, e-mail, or esn.
1. From CSM copy the HEX ESN (A00000 number)
2. In EZ Button go to Blackberry Provisioning
3. Click "Check status of my handheld"
4. Search by "ESN", (Paste the Hex you copied)
5. Click on the first entry, usually the HEX
6. Copy subscriber id, from the beginning to before the ".sprint" (This is the User Name)
7. Go to the Blackberry Admin tool
8. Paste the subscriber id in to user name field and search
9. Old account will pop up.
