Picture Mail Reset Empty Picture Mail Reset

Most basic phones (e.g. Rant, Lotus, Rumor, etc.), can have their picture mail token reset.

Have the customer go to;

Menu > Settings > More > Security > Enter Lock Code (usually last four of phone number) > Erase/Reset > Reset Picture Mail Account/Token

Use this when all other troubleshotting fails.
