RTN PRE when stuck in activation loop

When the Palm Pre is stuck in an activation loop(retrying activation)
1. Press and hold orange button
2. Press B, B on keyboard
3. A blue dial pad will pop up
4. Enter 786#
5. Scroll down to Reset
6. Enter MSL
7. Phone will power cycle then go through activation
