From the Main Screen, scroll to Options.
Press the trackball.

Scroll to Mobile Network.
Press the trackball.

Ensure Data Services is set to On and Mobile Network is set to Sprint PCS.
Ensure the cursor highlight is on Sprint PCS.
Press the trackball.

Scroll to Start Provisioning.
Press the trackball.

The device will start Provisioning.

When Provisioning completes, Press OK.
If any other error is displayed, follow the correct trouble shooting steps for that error.
